Chef Cocoa

I hope all my American friends had a wondeful Thanksgiving yesterday and are not freezing this morning holiday shopping.
Here is another sneak peek for the December 1st release at Sweet 'n Sassy stamps. Chef Cocoa, isn't he the cutest little thing popping behind this chef hat?
My husband and I are from the east coast and we usually do not go home for thanksgiving so it's just the two of us. This year a friend invited me to share thanksgiving with her family so I made this card to go along with the muffins I was taking.

Deer Dad

hi there !
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Thanksgiving to all of those in the United States, I pray you have a wonderful holiday!

This one is for round 2 of the Hustle & Bustle Winter CAS DT search at Splitcoast Stampers.

"Make a CAS card for a family member. It doesn't have to be a December holiday card. It can be a card for a birthday, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc. But it must have a title (mother, husband, son, etc.) It is also okay just to have the title without the sentiment. The title does not have to be stamped. It can be written or computer generated." We will see if I make the next round :)

Do I Hear An Echo In The Park

All week at Paper Maniac we have been showcasing Echo Park Paper Co.  They are sorta a new kid on the block but becoming a favorite of many paper crafters including myself extremely fast.
I wanted to share with you a little project I made to keep in my studio to hold my snacks. This would also make a cute Christmas gift for all your fellow card making friends as well.  I like to buy the frappicino in these little crates to make these gifts. I used the Echo Park Life Is Good paper pack, some ribbon and glue and that is all there is to it, easy peasy.

Tis better To Give Blog Hop

he holiday season is upon us -- a blessed time of love and laughter, precious moments spent with family, good food aplenty, and, for many of us, gifts and giving. Now, we can almost hear the chorus of groans at that last part -- LOL! Yes, holiday gift giving can be stressful, especially when budgets are tight, gift lists are long, and the pressure is on to "shop 'til you drop." Well, we of the Deedees Digis design team firmly believe that gift-giving should be a joyful experience all the way around. That's why we have come together today to share with you some ideas of fabulous gifts that you can make, so that your gifts this year are meaningful, affordable, and hopefully as stress-free as possible. Join us today on our blog hop as we show you why "'tis better to give" -- because not only will you have fun giving these gifts, but making them as well! :-)
You should have arrived here from April's blog ,if this is your first stop on the hop, be sure to visit the Crafting with Deedee's Digis blog, where you will find the directions for the hop, a chance to win the grand prize of a $15 credit to our store, AND a little gift for you!
I have become addicted to banners, the ones made are for Christmas but you can use any digis and make them for any occasion.  For my banners I used a couple different sets  Beauty Of The Season, a beautiful set and favorite of mine. I also used an adorable set Gingerbread Holidays for my swag.
I hope you are enjoying the hop and getting plenty of gift giving ideas. Your next stop is Darsie and boy does she have some gorgeous projects to share with you!

Before you leave, please be sure to leave me a comment in order to be entered to win a free digi of your choice from the Deedee's Digis store! You have until 12 noon Eastern Time on Sunday to comment. All winners will be announced on Monday at Crafting with Deedee's Digis -- be sure to check back then to see if you've won.  Thanks so much for joining us today, and happy holidays to you!

Belli Blue

Happy Wednesday,
I am blogging from snowy Colorado can you believe it is snowing already? It is still fall in Arkansas. Our challenge for the next two weeks is Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed or Blue. You can interpret anyway you'd like, use one, two or all of them on your creation.
For my card I used something old (my cardstock) something new (Unity stamp) something borrowed (well kinda snitched my ribbon from my dd) and I colored the birds blue so I covered them all. To play along create your project using our challenge and link to the Creative Belli blog
