Christmas Card Challenge #52

 

Well this is my last card as November guest designer at Weekly Christmas card Challenges, wow where did the time go? The challenge this week is Vellum, which I hardly ever use but love the way this turned out. I took a piece of vellum ran it through the cuttlebug and then colored it with Copic markers. Added a ribbon to finish it off.

Our challenge this week at Sweet 'n Sassy Digis challenges is Favorite Things. Well Cocoa is definitely a favorite of mine along with Kraft cardstock and paper piecing  I love this technique, they look it gives to your finished project. I used Cocoa's gift and paper pieced the box. 

Thanksgiving At The Belli Challenge

 

Our challenge at Creative Belli for the next couple weeks is Thanksgiving. What are you thankful for? I am thankful for family and friends, which I am in Arkansas at the present time sharing thanksgiving with my best friend. I sure hope blogger is being nice and posting all my scheduled posts because I don't have internet there.

Our challenge this week at Sentimental Sundays is Masculine tags, my husband loves deer so I used a stamp from Biblical Impressions and a couple old Stampin Up stamps to create this for his gift

This week at Heart Song Inspirations our challenge is Gold and/or Glitter. I used both, I colored my image with Copic markers and added some shimmer with the Spica glitter pen, I then added some gold leaf around the oval to highlight image.  It's time for another guest designer card with Christmas Card Challenges. this week is Deck The Halls, use holly or a wreath on your creation.  I used this image which I have fallen in love with from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps and some holly design paper.  I hope you will play along, to do that make deck your halls (creation) with holly/wreaths and link it to the Christmas Card challenge. Give Thanks BIblical Impressions November Hop

You should have arrived here from the QKR Stampede home blog if not you will want to start there so you don't miss a thing. There are some awesome harvest projects in this hop.

For my tissue wrap I used two different stamps 81506 - Pumpkin Patch and 84102 - Autumn Corn Harvest. I had a box of tissue to wrap this around and it kinda got used this past weekend and then thrown away,. but my wrap fits nicely around a box of tissues normally. 

From here you will hop to Christine's blog she is new with us but an awesome designer so I know you are in for a treat.

I used non traditional colors for my card Aqua mist and Berry Sorbet. Colored my image with Copic markers, sponged around image using destress inks. Added a spellbinder die to finish the card

I stamped the background image using versamark ink and covered with embossing tinsel. Used a heat gun to melt and finished card off with a ribbon

I cut out my image, colored it with copic markers, embossed card front with snowflake folder, Embossed white cardstock with the swirls embossing folder and added glitter, adhered it to my cardfront, punched a snowfake and added a rhinestone to finish card
