Loves Rubberstamps #28 ~ Kraft + 1

 

 Hi there! Today's Tuesday and that means its time for another Loves Rubberstamps challenge. This week it's all about Kraft...cardstock that is.  Our challenge this week is to use Kraft plus one more color. I chose red because they compliment each other so well.

Vintage Christmas

 

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!

It's my day to share on the Sweet 'n Sassy blog so I thought I would share here as well..  For my card I used the set Vintage Ornaments. I love using banners on my card and to accent the banner I added a little scallop to the side. I also stamped my image directly on my design paper. To finish it off I added the sentiment and a small gold bow.

Less is More Meets CAS-ual Fridays

 

I love playing along with CAS challenges but have not had the time lately. Today I got a chance to play so I combined the CAS-ual Friday challenge of  create a winter project using blue with Less Is More's challenge of glamor and glitz. My snowman's scarf is glitzy for sure and I added glitter to the snow as well.

My take on the sketch is just a little different. I usually don't make square cards because they require more postage and because I sell my cards and they usually don't sell well. What makes a card more girlie than flowers, bling, and ruffled ribbon. I used
Stampalicious LiLi because what is more girlie than stamping? well some men stamp also but it is so much fun to get together with a bunch of girls and stamp!
