It's Tuesday and it's time for another Loves Rubberstamps Challenge. This week is New Years Celebrations.

 Make a creation celebrating the New Year, Party Themed, Drinks, Cocktails, Party Dresses & Tuxes... etc

How To Play

 Just upload a creation that follows this week's challenge to your online blog or gallery. Then leave a link to your project in the linky widget on the Loves Rubberstamps Challenge blog. If you upload to online galleries, please also use the tag or keyword LRSBC32. Our challenge is open to everyone, you can use any stamps and products that you would like, and you can enter as many times as you want.

Deadline:
The linky entry widget will close at 9PM CST on Monday, January 31st so all entries need to be in before then.

Prize Information:
One lucky participant will be chosen using a random number generator will be able to proudly display our Winner's Badge on their blog!

We will have two different possibilities for a gift voucher prize from Loves Rubberstamps for the winner as well.

Inky Impressions #90 ~ Sparkle

 

 It's time for another Inky Impressions challenge This will be my last post as an Inkette, my term is up and right now my life is busy with my granddaughter so I decided to sit out for the next term. 

This week's challenge is  Sparkle, use something sparkly on your project.  For my card I used Angelica the Bride and her dress is sparkly I hope it shows up for you. 

We would love for you to join us for this week’s challenge. It is not required to use an Inky image, however we would love it if you did. The stamp I used is one of my favorite Sweet n' Sassy Christmas stamps, Christmas Light. this image is fun to color and it also has a matching die. The sentiment is from another set Old Fashioned Christmas, love the font on this set. The paper is Festive by Authentique, it is gorgeous paper you can find at Loves Rubberstamps.

Enabler Alert Adoption Set

 

In light of what happened with yesterday's tragedy in Connecticut, my heart goes out to all the Mommies and Daddies who lost their babies and I am praying for them. I love this sentiment from this very special set that Korin has designed  to benefit the Henan Kids International. $10.00 from the sale of each set will go to help the orphans in Henan, China. We must treasure each moment because we are not promised tomorrow.

12 Days of Holiday Projects Day 12

Welcome to Day 12 of The 12 Days of Holiday Projects Blog Event. I can't believe today is the last day. I have had so much fun. Please continue to stop by my blog because I will be posting holiday projects the rest of the month. There are so many awesome projects you can get loads of inspiration from it for your own projects. 

My project today is a gift card holder. It's the same size as a standard A2 card so it fits in the envelope. For the holder itself took a 4 X 11 1/2 piece of cardstock and scored it  at 3 1/2, 5 1/2, and 7 1/2 then ran it through my vagabond using the Top Note die. I oped it up and ran the middle portion through using a scalloped circle for the holder itself. To finish it I attached it along with a ribbon to the card base.

I just love the color combo Kraft, Red and Cream/White. The stamp on this one is a Close To My Heart a got a couple years ago so it may be retired but I love this stocking image.
